Making an appointment online
When booking an appointment online, i need your name, phone number, address` and email address. Without providing these details i will not be able to confirm your appointment. I use a 3rd party reservation software company to process your appointment.
You must be over the age of 16 to book an appointment.
Confirmation
When you book an appointment, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive a confirmation email, please contact us at csilla@nailsbycsillaferdinand.co.uk
Nails by Csilla Ferdinand is not responsible if you think you have booked but have not received a confirmation email. If this happens, i will endeavour to accommodate you as best i can, but you may have to re-visit at another time and/or date.
Accuracy of appointment details
When you book an appointment, it is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy prior to confirmation. Nails by Csilla Ferdinand are not responsible for reservation errors including, but not limited to, dates/times and services booked. Nails by Csilla Ferdinand changes & cancellations
If for any reason Nails by Csilla Ferdinand needs to make changes to your booked service – changes including, but not limited to, changing the date/time of your reservation or changing to a similar service – you have the option to reject the proposed change(s).
You must cancel or change your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, otherwise I will charge 100% of the booked service the next time. If you change your appointment within 24 hours, I will charge 50% of the service for the missed or uncancelled appointment, and I will charge 100% of the service the next time.
After two cancellations, I will not be able to offer more appointments.
Age Restrictions
You may be asked your age prior to your booking. We have the following age restrictions in place:
- We do not perform nail extensions or tinting services on under 16s.
- All under 18s must be accompanied by a legal guardian or parent.
ID will be required if we feel it is needed to meet any of the age restrictions mentioned. If the age is not met with our standards, the booking will be cancelled and 100% of the booking will be charged. The ID must be a standard government issue with holographic mark such as a passport, identification card or a driving license.
Accuracy of medical information
Accuracy of the medical information you provide to Nails by Csilla Ferdinand is entirely your responsibility. If any details change, it is your responsibility to update Nails by Csilla Ferdinand with the new details. If no new details are voluntarily offered to us at future services, i will assume that your medical condition is unchanged from your original state of health.
Medical conditions can be aggravated by services that i offer. I strongly encourage my clients to be open and transparent with their medical information so i can advise on alternative services, not restricted to Nails by Csilla Ferdinand, if required.
Modifications & Extra-Time
I may charge you extra time by the minute for any modifications you request to your service once the service has commenced and the modification affects part of the service already performed. Modifications include:
- Colour changes during a service after the chosen colour has been applied.
- Nail art removal after application because you do not like it.
I may from time to time assist you with advice and suggestions, but decisions you make are wholly your final decision. Extra time i will be charged at a rate of £1 per minute.
I will endeavour to accommodate all modification requests, but modification requests may be denied if we are booked back to back and the time required for the modification affects the service of the next customer. In this scenario i will complete the service as booked and you will be charged the booked price.
Complaints, fixes and repairs

I will repair any damage to gel or acrylic services for free within 3 days of your appointment. I will however not repair damage for free if the damage has been caused by activities that have not followed my aftercare advice. My aftercare advice will be discussed in the mobile salon. I reserve the right to use my own discretion to decide whether the damage was caused by any activities that are likely to cause nail damage and are contrary to my aftercare advice. In this situation, i will charge a rate of £8,- per nail. Your date and time will need to be booked via email and a price given for the repair.

If you are unhappy with your colour or nail art, this is not covered as a free repair job. Please be advised you can mention this to your technician during your service but this may be charged at our standard ‘extra time’ rate.
Fixes need to be booked in and there is no guarantee that i will be able to accommodate a fix if you complain in the mobile salon. In this scenario, i will accommodate you at the next best convenient time for you. You are advised to book the time via email to guarantee your fix time.
If you are complaining about the general standard of your service, you are welcome to attach photos to an email to provide clear evidence for my management. I may ask you for more information to help us finalise a response to your complaint. Once i receive this information, my responses will be including, but not limited to, an offer of a new service to no refund and no new service. The response you receive will be decided on a case by case basis, taking into account all the information provided by you, and will be entirely at my own discretion.
Cookies
Nails by Csilla Ferdinand mobile nail website server, and servers of companies that are used to operate this site, may place cookies on your computer in order to personalise your experience and record website behaviour. A “cookie” is a small piece of data is sent by a web server to your computer, which is then stored by your browser.
Personal Information
We collect and use your personal information to be able to enter into a contract with you to buy our services. We never collect personal information we do not need.
Privacy
Rest assured that your privacy is important to us, and we are committed to maintaining the privacy of any personal information we collect from you. We do not share any of your personal information with any third party organisations and we abide by the principles of UK data protection legislation.
Changes of terms and conditions
Nails by Csilla Ferdinand reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at our own discretion and without prior notice to you, and without liability to you or any other user. This right shall not affect the terms and conditions accepted by you upon making a booking reservation using this website.
Health and Safety
Nails and beauty products and equipment are for professional uses only. Please do not touch or use any products and equipment without i consent at all time. I do not responsible for any accident caused by the uses of our products or equipment without our consent.If there is a damage caused by a client within the client home, the client must take responsibility the damages they caused.
Nails by csillla ferdinand mobile salon reserve the right to amend Terms and Conditions as and when it is considered necessary to do so. Reasonable notice will be given for this.
Important informations
- IMPORTANT: Please let us know of any allergies you may have.
- I reserve the right to refuse service to any customer:
- Who does not follow my policy/risk assessment, related to any rules, listed within this policy.
- Who uses abusive language or threatening behaviour.
- Who will be at risk to themselves or cause risk to me should they use a service. (in respect of the Equal Opportunities Act and Disability Act).
- If it turns out that you or a family member who is at home with you is ill on the day of your appointment, I will not be able to perform the treatment. Please always reschedule your appointment in time due to illness.
- I hold no responsibility if any accidents happen to your child/children, during their treatment, at your home, as a result of your child/children not following rules or listening to staff members.
- If you have a small child, there should always be an additional adult supervising the child during the treatment for safety reasons.
SERVICE GUARANTEE (72 hours Policy/3 Days)
Customers must follow the Aftercare Advice, given with any service, in which i provide.
- Traditional polish, and practiced services are not guaranteed.
- Any Nail Accessories/Enhancements and Gel Polish services are guaranteed for 72 hours after your appointment. If you lose a Nail Accessory/Enhancement, or notice any chips or lifting within 72 hours, please contact us to schedule a free repair.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once treated, all purchases are final and i am unable to exchange or refund.
REFUND
No cash refunds will be given after you have left appointment. As soon as i have walked out the your home doors, that means that you have already accepted, and are happy with, the services provided to you.
- If you are not happy with your nails, please make us aware of it, BEFORE YOU PAY. I will be happy to adjust them to your satisfaction, or to remove any nail embellishments or coatings that have been applied.
- No refund will be given because you have simply changed your mind.
- I will correct any service, at no cost to you, provided that you tell us immediately after i have performed the service, that you are unhappy with the quality of the work. If you are still not happy after i fixed your nails, then you will have to go through my Customer Complaint Procedure, and put this in writing to us. You will need to state the reason as to why you are still unsatisfied, after re-doing the service, and you will need to provide a photograph, as evidence, of the nails that were already fixed by us.
